Betadine Povidone-Iodine Ointment USP 5% W/W is a water-soluble topical microbicidal ointment used in dogs and cats to help cleanse and protect minor wounds, cuts, and skin infections. It may help reduce microbial load on the skin surface, including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, spores, protozoa, and viruses, even in the presence of organic matter such as blood or serum. Always follow your veterinarian's specific instructions before applying any topical antiseptic to your pet.

Dosage and Application:
Use only as directed by your veterinarian. General topical guidelines:

Common Side Effects:
