Orders can be canceled before we dispatch the order. Once the order is dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
All sales on the website are final. Returns/exchanges are not permitted. Please check the items properly before placing an order.
Items can only be returned/exchanged under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged
- We have sent an incorrect product
- The product has expired.
Process of return/exchange:
- Send us an email at email@example.com with an unboxing video. No returns/exchanges will be processed without an unboxing video.
- Return/exchange requests must be placed within the first 2 days of receiving the product; late escalations will not be permitted.
- Once we confirm a return/exchange, we will initiate an RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier service. The order will be collected from you and brought back to our warehouse.
- Once the item is received, we will verify the condition of the products. Products must be returned in unused, non-damaged, re-saleable condition with all tags intact. If the product we received differs from the item shipped to the customer, the refund will not be processed.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the items being received by us.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back using the original payment method.
- Refunds for COD orders will be done by GPay. Our team will contact you for your GPay number.
