Ektek Pharma Ketotek CT Shampoo is a medicated veterinary shampoo formulated with Ketoconazole IP 2.0% w/v and Prepared Coal Tar (IP 1966) 2.0% w/v to help manage fungal skin infections, dandruff, flaking, scaling and itching in pets. This anti-seborrhoeic shampoo provides deep cleansing while supporting healthier skin and coat, and should be used under veterinary guidance.
Ketoconazole is a synthetic antifungal that helps prevent and treat skin and fungal infections, while coal tar helps the skin shed dead cells from its top layer and slows the build-up of skin cells, which helps reduce scaling and dryness. Together they offer antifungal and antiseptic action to help control microbial growth and soothe irritated, flaky skin.
Suitable for dogs, cats and horses, Ketotek CT is intended for the management of skin conditions responsive to ketoconazole or coal tar, when used as directed by a veterinarian.

Indications
- Management of dandruff and scaly, itchy skin conditions.
- Seborrhoeic dermatitis and similar flaky skin conditions.
- Helps relieve itching and flaking and helps reduce recurrence of these symptoms.
Directions for Use
- Wet the hair coat with warm water and apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather.
- Massage into the wet coat and lather freely.
- Allow to remain on the coat for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- For the first month, use twice or thrice a week, then reduce to once a week — or as advised by your veterinarian.
