You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

DIRECTIONS TO USE

  • Wet your pet thoroughly with preferably warm water.
  • Get desired quantity of shampoo and apply from Head to Tail with special attention to the dirty areas.
  • Gently rub and massage well to make rich lather so as to reach deep to the skin. For better therapeutic results let it sit for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Rinse well and wash off the residue and repeat if necessary. Dry your pet using an absorbent towel.
  • Avoid around eyes and mouth directly, always cover your pets ears to avoid water from getting in.
