Affinity Advance Veterinary Diets Urinary with Chicken is a complete dietetic wet food for adult cats, formulated with urine undersaturating properties for struvite, urine acidifying properties, and a low level of magnesium. It is indicated for the dissolution of struvite stones and the reduction of struvite stone recurrence in cats. This dietetic food is intended for use under veterinary supervision.

Feeding Instructions (Daily):
Recommended duration: 5 to 12 weeks for struvite dissolution; up to 6 months for reduction of recurrence. Daily amounts are guidelines only and must be adapted to body condition and activity level as advised by your veterinarian.
- 2–4 kg body weight: Wet only: 2.5–3.5 pouches/day, or 1 pouch + 25–45 g dry Advance Urinary
- 4–6 kg body weight: Wet only: 3.5–5 pouches/day, or 1 pouch + 45–65 g dry Advance Urinary
- 6–8 kg body weight: Wet only: 5–6 pouches/day, or 1 pouch + 65–85 g dry Advance Urinary
Contraindications:
- Do not use in cats with heart failure or conditions requiring sodium restriction — this diet contains elevated sodium.
- Not suitable for chronic kidney disease (CKD) without specific veterinary assessment.
- Not suitable for calcium oxalate or other non-struvite urinary stones — this diet is specific to struvite.
- Suitability during pregnancy or lactation should be confirmed by your vet.
- Do not use in cats with known hypersensitivity to any listed ingredient.
