Elanco Credelio Plus Chewable Tablets for Dogs (>11.0–22.0 kg) combine Lotilaner 450 mg and Milbemycin Oxime 16.88 mg in a single monthly chewable tablet. Credelio Plus is indicated for dogs with, or at risk from, mixed infestations of ticks and fleas together with gastrointestinal worms, heartworm and/or lungworm. It is used when treatment against ticks and fleas is needed at the same time as treatment of intestinal worms or prevention of heartworm or lungworm disease.

Indications
- Ticks: Treatment of tick infestations (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Ixodes hexagonus)
- Fleas: Treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis)
- Hookworm: L4, immature adult (L5) and adult Ancylostoma caninum
- Roundworms: L4, immature adult (L5) and adult Toxocara canis, and adult Toxascaris leonina
- Whipworm: Adult Trichuris vulpis
- Heartworm: Prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis)
- Lungworm: Prevention of angiostrongylosis by reducing the level of infection with immature adult (L5) and adult stages of Angiostrongylus vasorum with monthly administration
Dosage & Administration
- Give orally once a month at a minimum dose of 20–41 mg lotilaner/kg and 0.75–1.53 mg milbemycin oxime/kg body weight
- This strength (450 mg / 16.88 mg): 1 tablet for dogs weighing more than 11.0 kg up to 22.0 kg
- Administer with food or immediately after feeding
- Weigh your dog before dosing to confirm the correct tablet strength
- Treatment schedule should be set by your veterinarian based on local parasite risk

Warnings & Precautions
- This is a prescription medication. Use only as directed by a licensed veterinarian.
- Consult your veterinarian before use
- Contraindication: Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients
- Use only in dogs within the stated weight range; do not use in puppies younger than 8 weeks of age
- In heartworm-endemic areas, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment; this product prevents heartworm disease and is not a treatment for adult heartworms
- Lotilaner belongs to the isoxazoline class; use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurological disorders
- Collies and related breeds may be more sensitive to milbemycin oxime; the recommended dose must be strictly followed
- Ticks and fleas need to start feeding on the dog to be exposed to lotilaner, so the risk of disease transmission cannot be fully excluded
- Inform your veterinarian about all other medicines your dog is receiving, particularly other antiparasitic products
- Consult your veterinarian before use in pregnant, lactating or breeding dogs
- Possible side effects include vomiting, diarrhoea, reduced appetite and lethargy; rarely, muscle tremors, unsteadiness or seizures may occur. Contact your veterinarian if any unusual signs are observed.
- Wash hands after handling the product. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a physician immediately.
