Preparation
- Mix 30 gm of dry milk powder in 100 ml of lukewarm water (40–45°C)
- Serve once it has cooled to mother's body temperature (35–38°C)
- Split the stated daily amount into several smaller amounts given throughout the day
- Do not mix more powder than can be consumed in 24 hours
- Do not use a blender
