Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Simple Application

  1. Pour EPIOTIC® liberally into ear canal
  2. Gently massage base of ear
  3. Wipe ear with cotton cloth moistened with EPIOTIC
  4. Avoid cotton buds - use only soft cloth

Safety & Storage

  • For external use only - dogs and cats
  • Do not use on ruptured ear drums
  • Use within one month after opening
  • Store below 30°C, shake well before use
  • Avoid eye contact
