Oral Rehydration Feeding Guide
- Kittens / Small Cats (0.2–3 kg): 50 ml/kg/24hrs — Volume: 10–150 ml per 24 hrs
- Medium Cats (3–5 kg): 50 ml/kg/24hrs — Volume: 150–250 ml per 24 hrs
- Large Cats (5–9 kg): 50 ml/kg/24hrs — Volume: 250–450 ml per 24 hrs
Values based on maintenance guideline volumes. Actual requirements may vary depending on age, breed, and activity level. Additional/ongoing fluid losses should also be taken into consideration. Microenteral nutrition via feeding tube: 0.25–0.5 ml/kg/hr for hours 0–4 and increasing +50% every subsequent 4 hours. Water should be available at all times.

Serving Suggestions
