Itā€™s been a few years since the Goregaon store opened, and Iā€™ve been buying my boysā€™ food and litter from you ever since. Compared to other online businesses, your rates are better, and most of the things I need are usually available in one place, so I donā€™t have to buy different items from here and there. Thatā€™s honestly the main reason Iā€™ve stuck with S.H.

The only problem I face sometimes is with the website. It doesnā€™t always show when a certain item is unavailable. I place the order, and later your staff has to call me either to exchange the item or inform me that it will be delivered later. This happens quite often. The experience would be much smoother if I didnā€™t have to deal with follow-up phone calls and exchanges after placing an online order. I buy online specifically to avoid that process , otherwise I could just visit the store directly.

Another issue is that I usually buy my items monthly and in bulk. Most of the time, the delivery person has to hand over the items individually in a very awkward way because thereā€™s no bag, box, or even an empty carton available for delivery. Itā€™s surprising that there isnā€™t even a simple carton box at the store for this purpose. Nothing fancy is needed, but something practical so the delivery person doesnā€™t have to hand me 100 individual pouches one by one. Even a reusable eco-friendly bag like Blinkit and others use, which your staff can carry, hand over, and take back , would make a big difference. This part genuinely surprises me every time.

Apart from that, Iā€™ve always had a smooth and pleasant experience with both the business and the staff whenever I visit the store. Iā€™ve recommended you to a few friends, and theyā€™ve become regular customers too.

And thanks for not spamming customers with endless surveys and SMS messages.
