Feeding Recommendations:
The given feeding guidelines are averages and may vary according to age, activity, size, and temperament of your kitten. Serve the recommended amount divided across the number of times you feed daily. Clean and fresh drinking water should be available at all times.
- 1–2 months: 30–50 g/day
- 2–4 months: 40–80 g/day
- 4–8 months: 90–100 g/day
- 8–12 months: 80–100 g/day
Weaning & Transition Guide:
After weaning, it is recommended to moisten Purepet Kitten food with water to facilitate the transition from a liquid to a dry food diet. At 12 weeks of age, gradually decrease the quantity of liquid added so kittens are eating pure dry food by 24 weeks of age. Feed kittens 4–5 times daily until 24 weeks of age. Change to Purepet Cat food after 12 months old.
Transitioning to Purepet: Gradually introduce your kitten to this food over 7 days — mixing in an increasing proportion of Purepet with the current food each day until Day 7, when it becomes the sole diet.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Dry cat food — not for human consumption. Product colour may vary due to natural variation in raw materials. Best before 24 months from packing.
