Protexin Pro-Kolin Advanced Liver-Flavoured Gut Support Paste for Dogs – Probiotics, Prebiotics & Binding Agents
Protexin Veterinary Pro-Kolin Advanced is a highly palatable, liver-flavoured complementary feed paste for dogs and puppies, supplied in easy-to-use graduated syringes. It is formulated with probiotics, Preplex prebiotics, dual-source binding agents, and soothing fibres to support gastrointestinal function, soothe the gut lining, and help firm up loose stools. Pro-Kolin Advanced is the enhanced version of Pro-Kolin+ (standard), with additional ingredients including kaolin, bentonite montmorillonite, psyllium fibre, and beta-glucans. It is clinically proven, made with the Petbiotix proprietary formula, and suitable during and after antibiotic therapy — for veterinary use if considered necessary, or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.

Dosage Guide — Pro-Kolin Advanced 15ml and 30ml Syringes:
- Under 5 kg: 2 ml, twice daily
- 5–15 kg: 3 ml, twice daily
- 15–30 kg: 5 ml, twice daily
- Over 30 kg: 7 ml, twice daily
Dosage Guide — Pro-Kolin Advanced 60ml Syringe:
- 25–35 kg: 6 ml, twice daily
- 35–45 kg: 8 ml, twice daily
- Over 45 kg: 10 ml, twice daily
Can be given three times daily if appropriate. Can be fed directly into the mouth or mixed with food. In cases of severe diarrhoea or convalescence, administer directly. The syringe is graduated for accurate dosing.
Safety and Usage Precautions:
- This is a complementary feed, not a complete diet or veterinary medicine.
- For veterinary use if considered necessary, or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.
- Simultaneous use alongside oral macrolides should be avoided.
- Do not use as a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
- If symptoms of diarrhoea or gastrointestinal distress persist beyond 48 hours, consult your veterinarian immediately.
- Keep out of reach of children.
